Ever since getting a new offlaner, Resolut1on, Team Secret performs better and cuts through Tundra at Riyadh Masters.
Team Secret shows their potential as a team after beating the WEU contenders, Tundra Esports. Although each team aren’t playing with their full strength since they played with stand-ins.
However, with rumors of Resolut1on will also be replacing iceiceice for the TI qualifier, this shows the glimpse of what Secret can achieve.
In the first game against Tundra, Secret immediately takes the lead with a meta lineup. Crystallis’ Dawnbreaker performs quite well that Secret manages to control the entire game.
As a result, Team Secret won the first game convincingly in the 40th minute.
Dawnbreaker once again gets picked by Team Secret in the second game, which turned to be a good draft. This time, Resolut1on played the hero in the offlane, and gave the same impact like the game before.
Dawnbreaker’s global presence enabled Secret to play aggresivelty without any reservation.
Tundra sensed the game slipping away from them, and gave up in the 26th minute, 14 minutes earlier than the previous game.
With that victory, Secret is now sitting on the top of Group B. They will face PSG.LGD and Deboosters in the next matches, with one of the game supposedly easier than the other.
However, their match again PSG.LGD will test their new roster’s ability and potential to the fullest.
