After a string of bad performances with T1, it seems Gabbi will be leaving the team sooner than expected. Will he be leaving, or get kicked instead?

It seems Gabbi’s tenure with T1 will be short, after an indication that he will be leaving the team in the future. The rumor becomes widespread after a recent removal of all things that relates to T1 in his Facebook page.

Some fans take it as a pre-emptive announcement of his departure from the roster, although not by this season.

Some fans from Reddit start speculating after seeing his Facebook page. They notices that Gabbi removes any mention of T1 in his facebook page, albeit recently. Although there are nothing official yet, fans already take this as “hints” of his departure.

Looking at the recent results, it seems T1’s underperformance can become the main reason of his departure.

Although Gabbi’s performance statistically are good, it seems there are chemistry problems with his fellow teammates. He is sometimes spotted joining fights rather awkwardly, and not performing in sync with his team.

Fans have also notices this pattern and rationalize that will be a good reason to dismiss the veteran carry player.

So far, T1 only manages to get two wins out of 5 matches. They lose to several teams, including RSG and Talon, the newly promoted teams. Several players are blamed for their underperformance, but Gabbi gets the most heat recently.

Although they will still have a chance if they manages to defeat Fnatic, they will still face them again in a tiebreaker over the best scenario.
