Liquipedia refused to put DPC Tour 3 information due to rule and guidelines problems!

Dota 2 fans who often watch competitive tournaments often visit the Liquipedia site to get the latest information. The site has a lot of accurate information about various tournaments, from team roster info to match results.

However, it turned out that Liquipedia refused to provide information on the DPC Tour 3, due to transparency issues regarding the tournament rules.

On each webpage of the regions for the DPC Tour 3 tournament, Liquipedia adds this information to indicate there is a problem with the guidelines for the tournament. According to them, the tournament organizers and Valve are not transparent in providing rules and guidelines.

In fact, they also said that this non-transparent information could make the rules change at any time during the tournament.

This was due to controversy on the previous Tour 2 when suddenly there was a tiebreaker rule for positions 1-2 that shouldn’t have happened. Because these regulations suddenly appeared, Liquipedia immediately removed the entire page about Tour 2 some time ago.

In the end, the tiebreaker was canceled and OG did not go up against Gaiming Gladiators for first place.

It seems they don’t want it to happen again and ask Valve and also the tournament organizers to clarify the rules before the tournament starts.
