As DPC EEU returns, can Team Spirit participate in Stockholm Major soon?

Many have accepted that EEU DPC cannot start because the war situation has not improved. In fact, the TI10 champion, Team Spirit, isn’t even confirmed to be attending the Stockholm Major later.

However, it turns out that there are rumors that the EEU DPC will be resuming soon. Although, the competition date will be shorter.

This news emerged after several Dota figures at EEU began to inform about the condition of the DPC region. One of the streamers, Alexey “Storm” Tumanov, said that the region’s DPC season will start this week. He also said that all games would be played in a few days.

If it is true, then the organizer may use this shorter league format to catch up with the rest of the DPC.

Meanwhile, one of the team officials from Eastern Europe also said there were signs that the DPC would start in the near future. Officials from Hellraiser said that the transfer window for the EEU region suddenly opened, indicating that something was up.

Fans hope that Team Spirit and other EEU teams can participate in the Stockholm Major later in order to bring legitimacy and hype to the major.
