Stockholm Major To Invite EEU Teams?

After the announcement of the Stockholm Major format, there was speculation that an EEU Team like Team Spirit would be present!

The Ukrainian-Russian war situation that has not improved. That is the reason why many people are pessimistic about the participation of the EEU teams. Even though the winner of The International 10, namely Team Spirit, came from that region. Many people have given up thinking that EEU will not participate.

Apparently, there are a few hints that suggest that a team from EEU might be participating in the Stockholm Major.

This speculation arose after people saw something in the announcement of the format of the Stockholm Major. In the announcement, it turns out that 3 of the 18 teams attending this tournament will come from Eastern Europe or EEU. Fans immediately speculated that this was confirmation that teams from the region could participate.

However, there are also those who are still skeptical and think that the team from EEU certainly cannot participate in the Stockholm Major.

If it is true that teams from the EEU region will be able to participate in the Stockholm Major, then it is very likely that the slots will be taken based on the EEU DPC in the previous season. If true, then Team Spirit, PuckChamp, and Virtus.pro will compete in the major.

However, there has been no official news yet regarding the participation of these teams at the Stockholm Major.
