vtFaded, who was recently banned by Valve for being caught smurfing at DPC, pleaded not guilty to his actions.

All Team Orca and Team Apex players were banned after they were caught smurfing with Team Orca players playing on Team Apex, as well as match-fixing. In total, 10 players were permanently banned from the Valve event. Two players, namely vtFaded and Ahjit, are well-known and experienced pro players.

However, vtFaded claims he is innocent of the ban and wants to appeal for his innocence.

vtFaded confirmed that he knew that several players were smurfing or sharing accounts with the Apex team in DPC SEA. This acknowledgment provided justification that the ban was appropriate for both teams.

However, vtFaded clarified that he knew nothing about matchfixing and sharing the account.

vtFaded clarified that he doesn’t know anything about the match-fixing going on with Team Orca. He just heard about it, and he wants to appeal his allegations so that Valve can unban him. The player pleaded not guilty to the match-fixing and account sharing charges.

However, his track record makes it unlikely that this appeal will be granted because he has also been banned by Valve before, although temporarily.
