BOOM Defeats TI Winner For Semi Finals

BOOM once again showed their strength after defeating TI Winner, Team Spirit, and entered the Semi Finals. A sneak peek for TI?

As the Last SEA Hope, many expect BOOM to show their best performance, no one expected them to advance to the Semi Finals. In fact, BOOM managed to defeat the TI Winner, Team Spirit, with a score of 2-0.

With this victory, they will face Nigma in the Lower Bracket Final.

The first game started with an advantage for the SEA representative with a fairly aggressive lineup. BOOM continues to push their tempo with heroes who have a strong teamfight presence, and Team Spirit seems to be struggling to keep up with their pace.

With a considerable advantage, BOOM closed the first game in the 33rd minute while Team Spirit chose to focus on the next game.

In the second game, it was Team Spirit’s turn to start the game quite strong. They managed to be ahead in the first 15 minutes, and BOOM chose to farm first. However, in the 16th minute, BOOM won a major teamfight and they started snowballing pretty quickly.

The Team Spirit lineup, which is very early game oriented, can’t keep up with BOOM with tanky heroes like Wraith King. As a result, BOOM won the second game in the 29th minute and they will face Nigma in the Lower Bracket Final later.
