T1 CEO ‘Confirms’ Gabbi’s Status

The CEO for T1 indirectly confirmed that Gabbi would be their permanent carry. What will happen to 23savage?

After the Regional Finals ended, many fans were not satisfied with T1’s performance. They were defeated against their rival in DPC SEA, namely BOOM. Not to mention the problem with their stand-in resulted in the deduction of DPC points by a significant amount.

However, it seems that the CEO of T1 has indirectly confirmed that Gabbi will be permanent.

He revealed this via his personal Twitter after the Regional Finals ended. He said that T1 would be moving to the Philippines on a full-time basis. The case that Karl suffered which required T1 to get a second stand in the last game became another lesson for them. It seemed that a stable game house was a requirement for a team of their caliber.

In the Twitter post, he also tagged Gabbi as one of the players who will move there. This indirectly indicates that Gabbi will be their permanent carry.

Unfortunately, there is no clear news regarding the certainty of 23savage’s fate. Now, the carry player remains still inactive and waiting for the release of his contract.

Not many teams still need a carry player. However, many predicted that 23savage will definitely play in the next season.
