OG Taiga? That Was Impossible Until…

In an interview with Jaxon, Taiga admitted that he was initially unsure of playing for OG. However, the results they achieved finally convinced him.

Taiga is one of the names that many other pro players respect because of his skills as support. At the start of this season, he surprised many by taking the step to join OG. He left Team Liquid which looks very strong with Zai and Matumbaman.

Apparently, Taiga himself was initially unsure of playing for OG this season.

He revealed this tidbit during an interview with Jaxon. The interview initially asked about how OG felt after they beat Team Secret in the tiebreaker. With this victory, they made it to the Regional Finals.

After explaining about his match against Team Secret, Taiga started to explain how he first joined OG.

“About a week or two weeks after I left Team Liquid, the CEO of OG contacted me. He kept telling me about OG’s vision and mission for the future.”

Taiga also explained how he felt about joining the “young” OG.

“When I chatted with Misha, the captain, I was still unsure about joining OG. I still can’t measure the potential of OG. I also never played with the other kids, like ATF. But in the end, I can only trust Misha.”

It seemed, from the results they achieved, Taiga did the right thing to believe in Misha. OG will compete later against Team Liquid in the Regional Finals for the remaining DPC Points.
