H2wo of NXPE will not be in the team’s Sibol Phase qualifier game.

Nexplay EVOS star John Paul “H2wo” Salonga was reportedly rushed to the hospital ahead of their game against Blacklist International. The said game is the team’s qualifier match for Sibol national team.

According to John “Zico_” Dizon, NXPE’s coach, the team received negative feedback for not entering the lobby. Following the backlash, he clarified their situation through his official Twitter account.

Renejay's return has made life easier for NXPE, says H2wo

“Sinugod sa ospital si H2, kung wala kayo magandang sasabihin matulog na lang kayo p***** ***,” Zico told. He, however, did not disclose any detail regarding the reason as to why he was hospitalized.

NXPE’s match against Blacklist was originally scheduled at 11 AM today, January 28. Later after the supposed schedule, Kristoffer “BON CHAN” Ricaplaza, head coach of Blacklist, posted a screenshot of their lobby.

Based on the photo, there was no NXPE player present in the lobby. This, compared to Blacklist’s full roster who were already in the lobby.

The game was a best-of-five series. The first game was scored in favor of the M3 champs due to technical difficulties.

Blacklist coach BON CHAN later clarified that NXPE was simply facing an emergency.
