SEAcret is no longer keeping its PH base a secret!
Team Secret’s official Facebook page, on Monday, confirmed that their organization is building infrastructure in the Philippines.
In their announcement, a video was uploaded showing their CEO, John Yao, talking about their plans in PH.
The CEO confirmed that he’s continuing his hands-on leadership that’s why he’s now keeping a focus on PH.
According to the CEO, he’ll be on the grounds for their projects. Yao continued to reveal that he’ll be in the Philippines for 2022.
“Whenever we start a new team, or do some significant investment or development, I am very hands-on,” he said.
“So, like in the Philippines, I’ll be in Philippines next year. In 2022, because we’re building some infrastructure there, we’re gonna have a team house there. All that stuff, so it’s important for me to be there,” he continued.
Currently, the powerhouse esports organization holds three teams in SEA. As of now, Team Secret has teams in Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Team Secret already has its infrastructures both in Malaysia and Vietnam. To continue their expansion, Secret is now doing the same efforts in the Philippines.
