Polaris Defeats AG While Playing in Internet Cafe

Polaris Esports had the opportunity to go straight to the Upper Division of DPC SEA after defeating AG while playing at an internet cafe.

Army Geniuses (AG) suffered another defeat in the Lower Division of DPC SEA against Polaris Esports, which now sits in first position. Polaris appeared very convincing and became one of the candidates with great potential to rise to the Upper Division. However, it turns out that they have been playing from internet cafes, not professional bootcamps like other teams.

The first game belongs to Polaris Esports thanks to their very fast pacing. They push Army Geniuses with their always-ready lineup with very strong teamfight potential. Army Geniuses often lose when they want to protect their objectives. The Indonesian team looked overwhelmed, and they gave up in the 40th minute.

The second game was a fairly even game for both teams. Both Polaris Esports and AG fought very hard to maintain their lead in the early minutes. However, Army Geniuses looked overwhelmed in the midgame after often losing in team fights against their opposing heroes who were specialists in lockdown.

Apparently, Polaris managed to beat the team from Indonesia while playing in a public internet cafe. This can be seen from the photos they post on social media. If they’re quite strong while playing in internet cafes, how about when they’re playing at a bootcamp?
