At 10 PM SGT, Nigma Galaxy, veteran of the Dota 2 scene, will face Tundra, a “fresh” team with lots of innovations. Who will win?
Nigma will face Tundra in the second week of Upper Division West EU DPC. Without Miracle, many doubted Nigma’s ability to compete against top West EU teams, especially Tundra. However, there are also those who think that the match against Tundra will be a means of proving that they are not dependent on Miracle.
Without Miracle, Nigma had a hard time starting their journey in Upper Division West EU DPC. Their first match against Team Tickles was a disaster as they lost 2-0. Many thought that even without Miracle Nigma, could win against Team Tickles, a team that had just been made from scraps of Vikin.gg.
As a result, their incohesive draft gave way for a defeat in their first match against the new team.
Unlike Nigma, Tundra started the season with a win over Alliance. Even though Alliance is in the category of one of the teams that will struggle this season, Tundra professionally swept the series against them 2-0 without breaking a sweat. Tundra is one of the teams with unpredictable innovations, like Gyrocopter on hard support.
This match will certainly be exciting if Nigma is able to find their rhythm even without Miracle. However, they also need to be aware of Tundra’s innovative draft so they don’t repeat the Alliance’s mistakes and also their defeat against Team Tickles.
