Team Liquid’s newest member Nivera is already making his presence felt… in a bad way!

VALORANT CHAMPIONS TEAM LIQUID

According to reports, Nabil “Nivera” Benrlitom of Team Liquid recently contracted COVID19 ahead of Valorant Champions.

Based on the reports, Nivera tested positive weeks ago and tested positive the second time days before Champions.

Despite receiving the results days before the event, it is still unknown whether the player will be allowed to participate in Berlin or not.

Similarly, it is also reported that Benrlitom contracted the virus after the quarantine period. This puts the whole team in danger of testing positive as well.

It is assumed, however, that Nivera will be allowed to play for the team as long as he will be placed in isolation.

In Valorant Champion’s schedule, Team Liquid is set to face KRÜ Esports. Additionally, it is expected that the team will face Sentinels in the following round.

Team Liquid ScreaM and Nivera

Since his addition to the team, Liquid has yet to drop any game. Being a legitimate brother to Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom, both players showcase a very clean synergy.

His absence, should he be disallowed, will definitely affect Liquid’s performance in Valorant’s biggest tournament ever.
