Valorant Wins 'Game of The Year' at The Esports Awards

Riot Games has once again outshined its competition after taking home several titles from the Esports Awards, including ‘Game of the Year’ for Valorant.

Valorant has first debuted in 2020 which definitely marked a big change in the FPS games competition. Despite being in a fresh start, the game is now on its way to its first-ever world championship in December which will be held in Berlin.

Aside from the award for Valorant, Riot Games also took home ‘Production Team of the Year’ and ‘Publisher of The Year’ awards.

Meanwhile, Free Fire has taken home the ‘Mobile Game of the Year’ after having a very fruitful year.

    • 100 Thieves has always been one of the best organizations, in any game. This year, the organization has dominated the esports world, and it also expanded its market to Apex Legends, and also a possible entry to Rocket League. Aside from the esports franchises, the organization has also grown its own talents by pampering its development in content creation.
  • Ashley Kang (Content Creator of the Year)
    • From a software developer, to a remarkable content creator. Ashley Kang is this year’s content creator after successfuly taking part in several interviewer stints for League of Legends. Kang is now a world renknowned journalist as she now conducts interviews for Korizon and ESPN.
