SirActionSlacks Announces Ability Draft Tournament

SirActionSlacks announced that he will be hosting an Ability Draft mode tournament with a prize pool of 2400$, perfect for AD mode fans!

Dota 2 community figure SirActionSlacks announced that he and Purge will be hosting an Ability Draft tournament. Anyone can enter the tournament, without any registration fees and requirements! Apparently, this is a form of his and Purge’s love for the exciting game mode.

The tournament name for this game mode is “Purge’s Draft Haus”, with a prizepool of 2400$. The tournament will start on Saturday (11/13), and Slack will stream the tournament on MoonduckTV. Unfortunately, this tournament is currently only for the North America (NA) region, because Purge “doesn’t want to lose hours of sleep”. It looks like this will be a trial run of the tournament before they expand its reach worldwide.

Purge explained some of the tournament rules, such as not being allowed to use in-game overlays and being allowed to swap heroes. This tournament will be one of the exciting innovations for the Dota community. Slacks himself had held many unique tournaments before, such as Midas Mode.
