Filipinos in TI 10 are now facing some travel issues!

The International 10 had just concluded last October 17, yet players are still facing some problems.

According to a report, Filipinos who attended TI 10 are now stuck in Romania. The report says that the Filipinos were unable to fly home following Philippine government’s red alert restrictions which included Romania.

FIlipino players DJ, Raven, Kuku, Abed, Karl, and one staff member are reportedly prolonging their stay in Romania.

Fnatic’s team director Eric Khor on Twitter reported the players’ situation and asked the Philippine government for their help.

“filipino #TI10 players @DjardelJicko@ravendoto@abedyusop@kukudota@karldota and team staff @killthemage stuck in romania after TI. they are unable to return to the PH. can anyone help? @DFAPHL@ABSCBN@bamaquino,” his Twitter post read.

According to the team director, the players were supposed to fly home on October 18 and 19.

Recently, Philippines released its guidelines pertaining to Red, Green and Yellow list. The list posted by the Philippine government will be setting restrictions on countries depending on their classification.

Currently, Romania is the only country classified under the red list. The hazard list took effect on October 16, same date of The International 10’s grand finals.

The restrictions set by the Philippine government will end on October 31, at least two weeks from the players’ supposed flights.

As of this moment, none of the players have raised their concern on the issue. Similarly, the Philippine government has yet to air its sentiments regarding the restriction issues involving Filipino players representing the country.
