OG may be having some trouble defending their title!

Noxville Prediction

Statistician and datdota head Ben “Noxville” Steenhuisen predicted every team’s chance of lifting the Aegis through a special site.

Noxville’s site used a Monte Carlo simulation model in order to statistically predict each team’s chances in the upcoming TI 10.

Based on the statistician’s math, OG merely has a 3.22% chance of winning. This ‘awful’ prediction shocked fans as OG remains to be a favorite for being a two-streak champion.

Ben also gave a 24.98% probability of OG getting 9th to 12th place in the tournament. The said number is the highest percentage for the team.

According to Noxville, OG might fall out instantly during the Main Event’s Upper and Lower Bracket matches.

Meanwhile, fans say otherwise claiming that OG may come up with another unorthodox strategy in the future.

Many fans claim that Topias “Topson” Taavitsainen may be thinking of another ‘Io’ carry’ish shocker this year.

However, Noxville might be right as OG barely qualified for TI after narrowly edging Tundra Esports in the qualifiers.

OG Rival PSG.LGD Tops Noxville’s Prediction

On the other hand, the reigning AniMajor champions PSG.LGD earned the highest prediction of getting the title.

Noxville predicts that the Chinese squad has a 18.86% probability of lifting the Aegis this year.

OG captain N0tail also agrees that their Chinese rivals are definitely the team to beat in TI 10.

“(I want to face) PSG.LGD,” the captain told in an interview. “They have a lot of cool vibes when you watch them play,” he added.

Meanwhile, the kings of top 2 Evil Geniuses follow after LGD with a 13.77% probability of winning the title.

Evil Geniuses faced a disappointing 0-3 against PSG.LGD in the AniMajor.

The International 10 moves to Romania

Top SEA teams T1 and Fnatic on the other hand have a very slim prediction after being given 0.98% and 0.33% chance of getting the top spot.

According to Noxville, his predictions may change anytime soon. The statistician says he might alter the rankings should he get more information regarding teams’ team-based skills prior to TI 10.
