Yshin: Nexplay ‘Treats Team Like Trash’

EVOS Nexplay is once again in ‘dirty’ trouble! This time, it’s with Yshin.

Former EVOS Nexplay Women’s pro player Myca “Yshin” Pascual exposed in a post their former management due to mistreatment.

The roster recently disbanded citing that the team never actually progressed since its creation.

According to Yshin’s post, their manager was the one who was actually mistreating them. She told that a certain Macy Kalaw, their manager, did not even give them any including food allowance since they started.

NXP Evos Is Not Paying Us as Players

“Just to clear things WALA PONG SAHOD ang Nxp MLBB female team. Aware naman kami don at alam naming probation for 3 months. Bumuo daw ng female team agad dahil MAGKAKAROON DAW ng MPL na babae. Na confirm namin na wala pa. Then nag meeting kami they keep saying na ganto expenses namin. Laging pinapamuka samin na gumagastos sila samin tapos wala nababalik na sa vlog niya. MISMANAGEMENT TALAGA,” her post read.

(Just to clear things, WE DONT HAVE ANY SALARY in NXP MLBB female team. We are aware that we were to stay there for a 3 months probation. They said that they’re creating an all-female squad because they said there will be an MPL for women. We confirmed that it was untrue. Then we had a meeting talking about our expenses. They are always implying that they are spending money on us and there’s not even a hint of return. MISMANAGEMENT, REALLY.)

The player then continued saying that it’s actually them who are funding themselves. Yshin told that they themselves were the ones cleaning the bootcamp because the manager supposedly told them that they were women and it was their role.

“TBH, kami po ang nag mamanage ng SARILI NAMIN SA CAMP. Dahil miskeng paghugas ng plato at pag linis ng bc kami nag uusap usap dahil kami daw ay babae,” she said.

(TBH, we are the ones managing ourselves IN OUR OWN CAMP. Because even the chores of washing the dishes and cleaning the whole bootcamp were done by us because they told us that we are women.)

Unreasonably Disbanded, Sent Home Without Any Transpo Allowance

Currently, Yshin claims the team disbanded without any proper reasoning.

The team allegedly had a meeting on October 10. The team was told that they were already disbanded and needed to leave immediately on September 13.

Making things worse, the team supposedly did not receive any compensation and were not given even an allowance for transpo.

“So to na kinabukasan September 10,2021 mineeting kami ng 11am at sinabi na nga na disbanded na daw ang team at umuwi ng monday lahat pero si ate cay at goddess maiiwan dahil kukunin talent. Ang reason dahil sa disband dahil nga di daw nag progress team at di man lang kami tinanong sa totoong issue naging one sided sila at sinabihan na ni ate cay na naayos na yung issue na yon pero pinupush pa din nila na lilipat kami ng team. ANG TOTOO HUMAHANAP NALANG NG BUTAS dahil madami kami nakikita mali at reklamo dito sa camp na di nila inaayos.”

(On September 10, we had a meeting at 11am and were told that we were already disbanded. We were told that we need to leave on Monday except for Cay and Goddess because they will become their talents. Their reason for the disbandment was because we were unable to progress as a team. We were not even cleared of our own issues even though they were already resolved. THE TRUTH IS, THEY WERE LOOKING FOR WAYS to remove us because we were seeing a lot of wrong things in there that they are unable to fix.)

‘We will not go home until we get compensated’ – Yshin

Yshin says the team will only leave the bootcamp until her conditions are met. She says they will only leave the bootcamp only if their transportation gets paid, reimbursements, and until the management releases a statement.

“Isa lang sinisigurado naming lahat DI KAMI UUWI OR AALIS DITO SA NXP CAMP hanggang di niyo clineclear yung issue namin at di nabibigyan pamasahe at reimbursement at naglalabas ng STATEMENT. Pinagmamalaki niyo na mayaman nxp pero pag dating sa player ANG TIPID NIYO. SANA ALL MADAMI SPONSOR PERO KURIPOT.”

(One thing’s for sure. WE WILL NOT GO HOME OR LEAVE NXP CAMP until you don’t clear our issue. Until you pay our transportation, reimbursements, and until you release a statement. You’re bragging that NXP is rich but when it comes to players you are really cheap. WE HOPE EVERYONE HAS A LOT OF SPONSORS BUT ACT REALLY CHEAP.)

As of this moment, none from the organization have yet to give a comment on the situation. Akosidogie recently released a vlog exposing the team who were having some ‘good time’ and were not focussing on their practice. The team was allegedly busy drinking, having fun forcing Renejay to leave the bootcamp.
