Jessievash

First of all, how are you feeling right now?

I’m fine, I could’ve been better. The team is obviously disappointed because we are missing out a Major tournament. But, I told them to keep their heads up since this is just one of the many opportunities that will come our way.

What do you think about Riot’s decision regarding the team’s case?

I think it’s fair and we respect their decision.

Do you think the government could have done something bigger to impact your case?

Yes, but only if we have asked for their help immediately, then maybe the outcome of the situation could have been a lot different.

Are you blaming anyone for this?

Valorant: Bren

I blame my self because I know that I am able to get our visas sorted out, but instead, I trusted a different authority to do so. I should have stepped up knowing that we only had a few weeks to complete our requirements.

Do you think Riot was unfair for deciding unilaterally?

No, I don’t think it was unfair. It’s their tournament and therefore we respect all decisions made by them.

Riot Games makes tough decision to cut BREN in Valorant Masters Berlin

The team’s flight to Berlin could have been the first for the country to compete in an international event for VALORANT.

Bren’s promising run in the qualifiers had etched their names in the world of VALORANT.

In their absence, Paper Rex now remains as the only SEA team to appear in the competition.

Missing the chance to fight against international stars like Tenz, and Shahzam is definitely an experience that is disheartening to miss.

Sitting out for a while, Bren Esports remains optimistic and now looks forward to attending other competitions lined up.

To the team, keep your heads up and we all hope to see you in other VALORANT Masters events!
