Underperformance Explained: Nexplay EVOS Found Drinking Every Weekend According to Dogie

Nexplay EVOS influencer Akosi Dogie has some revelation!

Setsuna “Dogie” Ignacio of Nexplay EVOS complained about the team’s Boot Camp mismanagement.

On his live stream, Setsuna explained an issue surfaced saying that the team was busy drinking every weekend.

In addition, Renejay “RENEJAY” Barcarse also reportedly left the team abruptly due to the said issue.

“Who was drinking there every Saturday and Sunday? Who allowed girls to disturb their practice? While they were practicing, someone was recording them, posting on their “My Day” (on Facebook),” asked Dogie.

Ignacio also emphasized that the boot camp is not a bar.

“That’s a boot camp and not a bar. Is that a bar? You transferred the kids, brought them to Manila, just to have drinking sessions every Saturday and Sunday? [Is] that right? [Is] that permitted? [Is] that ok?” he told.

 “Boot camp is an office. If you’re working, do you drink while in the office? That’s what I want to know,” he added.

Dogie also expressed disappointment on the disrespectful attitude of the team. The veteran revealed that Renejay’s family went to the boot camp and none of the team entertained the parents.

“Do you think the player’s parents would be happy? RENEJAY was retrieved by his parents, who entertained them? Nobody,” he said.

“No one asked why RENEJAY was leaving. He returned to my boot camp (in Pampanga, Philippines) and opened up to me,” added Dogie.

Renejay to Return on Week 2?

On the same vlog, Renejay also mentioned his interest in rejoining the team for the second week of MPL. The player also mentioned that the team was actually having an issue in their communication giving them trouble in matches.

“It’s not that I think my team lost because of me, I just think they don’t communicate enough,” he said.

“H2wo gets lost because no one was there to remind him. I was the one who always reminds him in-game,” he added.

As of this moment, it is still unclear whether Renejay will be returning or not.

The team is expected to make an opening match for week 2 on September 3, 6 PM Philippine time.
