Dota 2 dropped 7.30 and it did not sit well for some pros.

Dota 2 News: Dota 2 patch 7.30 brings with it a plethora of buffs and nerfs along with new neutral items | GosuGamers

The latest patch of Dota 2 drew multiple reactions from fans. For some reason however, pros are not feeling any delight on the update.

Some say 7.30 felt like it was rushed, and that it does not bring anything new on the table.

Pros React on Patch 7.30

The veteran offlaner and two-time TI champion of OG Sébastien “Ceb” Debs shared that he was expecting more from the update.

According to the player, the new update could have refreshed the gameplay but it did not.

“Underwhelming changes for sure, feels rushed 🤐. Gameplay could have used a lot of refreshing but it is what it is 😚,” he reacted on Twitter.

Meanwhile, Dota 2 statistician, Ben “Noxville” Steenhuisen thinks that the new patch is kind of okay. According to him, 7.30 is a “like an appropriate pre-TI mini-patch.”

However, the statistician shared that he was expecting for a buff for Enigma which did not arrive with the patch. In addition, he also shared that this update could be the smallest main patch in history.

“7.30 seems like an appropriate pre-TI mini-patch, except that Enigma didn’t somehow get some insane buffs to make it top tier.” he told on Twitter.

Similarly, Beyond the Summit co-founder David “GoDz” Parker also shared the same sentiments. He told on Twitter that the patch definitely contributes changes but it almost similar to the 7.29e patch.

“some good changes for TI on the latest patch, but feels more like 7.29e than 7.30 tbh” he told.

Despite multiple ‘disappointments’ on the update, some players have also shared their satisfaction with 7.30.

The International 5 champion Peter “ppd” Dager mentioned that he’s expecting for Pudge jungler because of the new update.

“Jungle pudge has arrived” he shared on his social media.

Andreas Franck “Cr1t-” Nielsen of Evil Geniuses also shared on his Twitter his funny reaction on the Clinkz update.

He shared that Clinkz has always been a part of every Dota 2 update.

Ahead of this update, it can be remembered that Valve has traditionally included massive changes in the meta every main patch.

In previous updates, it can be observed that some map changes including rune timing changes have been included.

It is only this time that heroes and items were changed primarily in a main patch.
