Neon Esports Facebook Page Hacked; Hacker Goes Live

NEON ESPORTS WAS HACKED!

Philippines’ DOTA 2 professional team Neon’s Facebook Page was hacked on Monday evening, its manager announced on his personal page.

“GUYS OUR FACEBOOK PAGE Neon Esports GOT HACKED. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO IT. IF SOMEONE MESSAGES OR POSTS SOMETHING ODD, THAT IS NOT FROM US. WE WILL GIVE AN UPDATE ONCE WE RECOVER IT,” he said.

The unidentified hacker even went live on Neon’s page, with just a black screen and inaudible blurbs.

The live was eventually deleted from the team’s Facebook page.

The team is currently investigating who hacked their page.
