League of Legends Patch 11.12 is up, and it’s tweaking down our favorite heroes!
Mark “Scruffy” Yetter, League of Legends’ gameplay design director took to his Twitter account an update on the possible buffs and nerfs for the upcoming Patch 11.12. Notably, there were no changes on items but numerous ones heading towards your favorite champion.
Aside from such, the update hinted mobility system updates as well.
Although the top lane is home of quiet exchanges, it will still be facing some changes as top lane heroes are the biggest target of the upcoming update.
According to detailed reports, Wukong, Nasus, Gnar, and Renekton, will take some advantage of itemization and sheer offensive capabilities, and are all in danger of facing nerfs.
The change is big especially for Wukong who’s been on top with its 2% win rate since Patch 11.10. Wukong’s reign relates to his Divine Resurgence and Conqueror. Both skills have the potential to completely change the output of each team fight, also in the laning phase.
On the other hand, other top heroes including Malphite and Illaoi will be getting some buffs. The patch is changing these heroes to make them more playable in their lanes. Dr. Mundo will be joining the fray as well since the hero will be getting massive changes on its skillset to make him reliable.
Meanwhile, the bottom lane is now under some massive changes as well.
Kai’Sa and Varus’ are also being nerfed because they are both effective in their roles.
Both heroes’ kits have the potential to make or break in any team fight scenario.
While the other lanes are facing some nerfs, other lanes in the rift will be facing some huge buffs. Heroes such as Hecarim and Rammus who are both looking into some huge potential with their upcoming massive buffs.
On the other hand, Ziggs, Aphelios, and Draven will also be getting some enjoyable buffs although specifics are yet to be put in public.
Patch 11.12 is set to arrive on the Rift on June 9. All specified details on the update are tentative and are all subject to changes depending on the developers’ decision.
