Blacklist Locks First Slot in MPL7 Grand Finals

LOCKED IN FOR FINALS! 

Blacklist International won the upper bracket finals 3-1 on Saturday, earning the first ticket to the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League grand finals.

Blacklist relied on Johnmar “OhMyV33nus” Villaluna’s Mathilda to set up plays that led to the league leaders’ overwhelming Game 1 triumph.

Jaypee “Jaypee” Dela Cruz’s double kills early in Game 3 as Rafaela helped Aura PH get off to a fantastic start. They stopped Wise’s Granger from earning his buff and figured out how to counter the Diggie plan in the first two games.

The solution for Blacklist was Wise’s Aldous and Edward “EDWARD” Dapadap’s Benedetta, who demolished Aura PH in Game 4 and punched their way to the finals.

As a result of their performance in the finals, Blacklist will be one of the qualifying teams for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asian Cup, which will take place in early June.
