What really motivates Netflix to take part in the gaming industry? As we know, in 2020, the world was completely paralyzed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This is supported by Netflix’s statement when conducting an interview with the famous GameSpot media. Netflix has openly said that they are planning to create another division within the company. It was not explicitly stated that Netflix would create a gaming division, but through a statement, Netflix said that the new division would be called “Interactive Entertainment”.
Well, it does create ambiguity among us observers. There is an assumption that the division can also be interpreted as a video game that we play by interacting. So far there is still no further information about these rumors.
