Rabiya Mateo Spotted with Andre Brouillette. Are the Break Up Rumors True?

Amid rumors that Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo and long-time partner Neil Salvacion have broken up, the beauty queen was spotted having a good time with former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Andre Brouillette. 

Rabiya shared on her Instagram Stories a video clip of her moments with Andre in Los Angeles, California. 

Andre also posted photos of him and Rabiya on Instagram. The two have been connected during the finals of Miss Universe in Florida, where Andre was giving live updates of Rabiya’s journey. 

The video clip has sparked rumors that Rabiya and her long-time partner Neil Salvacion have officially broken up. Neil have deleted all his Instagram photos with Rabiya. 

Meanwhile, Andre has also broken up with his partner Lou Yanong, also a former PBB contestant, earlier this year.

Could Rabiya and Andre be the new couple? We guess time will tell.
