His replacement? Maxx and Renbo could be some of the viable options.
Bigetron’s Branz’s uncontrollable urge showcased in his recent scandalous livestream is already biting him back as BTR sanctioned him with a suspension, rendering him unfit to play for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asian Cup 2021 (MSC) which will be held really soon.
According to BTR’s official announcement posted on Instagram, the player received a warning and a suspension. Other people involved in the case will also face the same suspension charges.
“We, the management of Bigetron Esports, apologize for the commotion that occurred. We hereby declare that Branz will receive a strong warning from us, and as a sanction, he and related parties have been suspended for a month,” Bigetron Alpha told.
BTR, being one of the biggest teams playing representing Indonesia in the international scene might be facing a huge setback following one of their key players’ suspension.
Branz proves to be one of the greatest asset for the team as he proved in their game versus EVOS in their grand finals match-up where BTR eventually lost. In the said MPL season, Branz ranked third as the player with most total kills for his 157 overall kills.
In his absence, possible options for BTR would be either Maxx or Renbo at least to complete the team prior their MSC 2021 appearance.
Another option for BTR could be DreamS’ return to BTR.
Following Branz’s issue, the player already apologized for his misconduct and told to the public his apologies for his misconduct.
“My friends, I apologize for the uproar that happened. All of that is purely my negligence. I will accept the action or the consequences. Once again I apologize for this carelessness,” Branz told.
Starlest, BTR’s owner, also told the public that Branz had already approached him and had already asked for forgiveness.
