Tsania Marwa Wants to Kidnap Her Own Children?

Indonesian actress Tsania Marwa wants to bring home her two children from her ex-husband. Unfortunately, her hopes failed again.

After the divorce decision was made in 2017, the West Java High Court finally decided Tsania Marwa to get her child custody in 2020. Last Thursday, she is scheduled to pick up her two children. However, Marwa returned empty-handed because her two children locked theirselves in the bedroom.

Previously, Tsania had managed to get into the house with court officials and the police. However, suddenly her two children struggled. Marwa said that she had interacted with her children, but Marwa felt that someone was provoking them.

“Earlier, I actually had a moment with my children. (In fact) my child is very kind asking for food,” said Tsania Marwa.” Suddenly there was a provocation. There was a person spoke in high tones. So my children were scared, ran to a room,” continued Marwa. The provocation that she meant was a lawyer from Atalarik Syach, her ex-husband.

“Earlier we did two actions since 2 o’clock (noon). But from somewhere there was a shout, ‘just take it, just take it’. In the end the children got scared,” reported one of the Cibinong Religious Court officers.

Marwa had a plan to break down the door to her children’s bedroom, but it turned out that their room was open. When she entered, she felt that it was a little bit too late to take her children away. Tsania can’t help but have to give up in order to keep her children well. She did not want to force her two children with this condition.

“Because they are too scared. They thought there will be forced execution, kidnapping, kinda like that. So they imagined it as a scary thing, that’s why they are scared,” said Tsania Marwa.

Tsania Marwa and Atalarik Syah officially divorced on August 15, 2017. Their divorce process was quite long due to child custody debates, even though their two children lived with their father more often.

With the delayed pick-up of her children, she said the next pick-up would be scheduled back as soon as possible.
