Safiey Ilias has always been the top go to person every time people think about those who go overboard with cosmetic surgeries. Ilias is never affected as this time, she takes it to the next level by changing her nipple color.

Ilias shocked netizens on her Instagram post uploaded during the Ramadan where she could be seen being stuck by a syringe on her right nipple.

“Happy fasting, everyone! Sorry, I just finished taking the PRP injection to change the colour of my nipples into pinkish and orange. Thank you @my_gorgeous_clinic. I did this procedure at the @bff_medispa branch with this one doctor in Kuantan. So, the people in Pahang must be pretty also, okay! Don’t embarrass the queen. All Pahang peeps must be beautiful like me. 😂😂😂” the caption read.

The songstress also clarified that the black spot on her nipple was a dried wound.

Of course, many naysayers will question, ‘Why is it black?’ It’s actually a dried wound and it will peel off on its own later. After healing, my nipples will become pink and yellow in colour. It’s sexy right?” she told.

Having a history of bashing, it was not shocking that netizens flocked on her post mostly saying that she went overboard.
