10% Play time, 90% Pause.

Execration hold on to their upper division spot in the SEA DPC League

If you’re looking forward to watching Dota for all the exciting clashes, don’t ever think of watching Execration and TNC’s DPC match as it was nothing but full of in-game pauses!

In their DPC match yesterday, Execration already showed frustration over their internet connection as pauses already started coming in as early as the first minute of their game 1 where most of their players had to reconnect to the game hoping to stabilize their connection.

Despite having a good 10-minute run during the laning phase, Execration once again paused the game in minute 10:28 of the game as Yowe had to reconnect hoping for a more stable connection.

Another pause came in on the 13th minute of the game this time for BDz to reconnect for the same goal.

A highlight pause went in on the 19th minute of the game as Nikko had to complain for the lag during a 4-man gank from TNC.

Execration found their ultimatum on their frustration on the 27th minute of the game where a huge team fight occurred in the Rosh-pit forcing the Execration to pause the game anew, this time with full apologies as they were already disgusted of their laggy situation.

The game two of their face-off was nothing but a repeat story of their unstable internet connection as they already had a pause even right before the first creep wave was out.

However, despite having an early pause, Execration fought what seemed to be a lag-free match as they no longer had to request for a pause throughout the game.

Unsurprisingly though, TNC took the win, 2-0, against the fellow all-Filipino squad.

This is not the first time that Execration faced a laggy internet connection as they already have a history of having a high ping, or a power outage.

Despite being a tough organization with experience in big tournaments, it seems like Execration is not investing much on their internet — one that is very vital for any Esports organization.
