For the first time in the competition’s history, an all-female team will compete with male teams in the Icon Series SEA summer qualifiers 2021.

Savage Girl will participate in The Icon Series SEA Summer Tournament 2021, League of Legends: Wild Rift, which will officially kick off on April 15th. Currently, teams are fighting in the qualifiers to be part of the top 8. Last week, DRK eSports and GameHome excellently won a ticket to the group stage of the tournament.

On April 10 and 11, the remaining matches in the qualifiers will continue. In addition to many notable names, the Savage Girl team with an all-female lineup became the focus of this weekend. Hasu was in the top lane, Me Chan defended on Dragon Street, Ennis mid lane, Yin supported, and Huyen Nhat was the jungler.

Yin is known as a streamer with more than three thousand followers on social networks, information about other female gamers is unknown. This mystery of the members promises to bring many surprises in matches on April 10 and 11.

Savage Girl is one of the first female teams established in Vietnam. The home team also achieved many outstanding achievements in the Wild Rift community. Thus, these girls are determined to prove that they are not inferior to the boys in the professional arena.

The Icon Series SEA will be the first tournament produced by Riot Games Southeast Asia in cooperation with regional partners. Players in each region will have the opportunity to compete in the Icon Series SEA Wild Rift: Summer, which will last for 8 weeks.

This is where all the teams can compete for the No. 1 region and enter the inter-regional tournament to claim the title of first regional champion.
