Former Bren Esports professional CS:GO player John Paulo Bacani, also known in the gaming community as “paulowow” is facing social media fury as one of his victims posted his alleged dirty deed on Facebook, accompanied by the formal complaint she filed to authorities.

In the Valorant PH Community Facebook group, Molly Octaviano posted that she already filed a complaint against Bacani for swindling her money, and found out that he is a serial scammer in the gaming community.

“On February 16, 2021, an individual named Mark Ryan S. Pagulanan offered a digital item (Valorant Points) through my Facebook account, Molly Cules, in which I accepted and paid for which was 2,178 pesos… Upon making the payment, unfortunately, the digital item did not come and he was no longer responding to any of my inquiries. Ultimately, it resulted him deactivating the Facebook account he used,” Octaviano’s complaint read.

Upon deeper investigation, Octaviano found out that the former BREN Esports player used several names and used different photos to scam other gamers in CS:GO, Dota 2, and Valorant.

Octaviano is dedicated to press charges against Bacani and said her complaint is “for all the 29 people and more who have been swindled/scammed amounting to a couple of hundred thousand pesos [and to all gaming communities who this person has scammed].”
