Bigetron Owner Crushed For Not Receiving Invite

Bigetron CEO seemed to be crushed and bitter after not receiving an invitation to participate in Wild Rift Southeast Asia Icon Series.

Edwin Chia, also known as BTR Starlest appeared to be surprised why his Wild Rift team was not invited to the said tournament, considering that they were the first sports organization to open a Wild Rift division.

“[We were] the first professional team to be formed in Indonesia (November 2020, less than a month after the open beta was released)” said Starlest in his Instagram story.

Chia also appears to question Riot’s criteria for being invited in the said competition, as the teams incited have not announced their roster and had never entered a competitive tournament.

“Yes, you can add more (teams to be invited) but the teams that have been invited have not announced their roster yet, they haven’t even appeared in competitive events, so what are the criteria for being invited?,” he said.
