Team Secret is set to welcome another player from Southeast Asia.
According to Hyprgames’ sources, BOOM Esports offlaner Saieful “Fbz” Ilham is set to claim the spot left by Miroslav “BOOM” Bičan in Team Secret.
BOOM was recently let go by Team Secret following the team’s relegation to Division II.
The Indonesian Dota 2 star spent the past five years with BOOM Esports, helping the team qualify to The International 11 where they finished 9th-12th.
Unfortunately, the team struggled this season due to the loss of Filipino stars Timothy “Tims” Randrup and Andrei “Skem” Ong, who played vital roles in the team’s impressive run in the 2022.
Meanwhile, Fbz will join a Team Secret side that got relegated to Division II twice in the three tours of the 2023 season.
Team Secret only managed to get a win out of seven games in the DPC Western Europe Tour 3: Division I.
Fbz is expected to make his Team Secret debut in the upcoming DreamLeague Season 20.
