Looks like Tencent is serious on cracking down the cheaters.

Tencent has succeeded in making new achievements, as it managed to block millions of accounts that use cheats.

According to data, there are around 1.8 million accounts that were successfully banned by Tencent. This banning was achieved in just 1 week.

Obviously this is an extraordinary achievement to eradicate the cheaters who are still around. According to Tencent, all these accounts will not be revived because they have been completely blocked from the game.

Interestingly, the guerrilla action from Tencent did not stop there. In addition to slaughtering the perpetrators who had committed these crimes, Tencent also made efforts to prevent the problems in PUBG from being resolved. The PUBG Mobile Anti-Cheat system is part of the Project: Ban Pan from Tencent to eradicate illegal third-party programs.

As for the weekly banned activities, it is carried out to make the PUBG Mobile game environment healthier. As we know, this cheat user has indeed become a major issue in the PUBG game series. There are also many cheat used. Some use the auto aim cheat to target the enemy with precision. There is also an x-ray vision cheat, which allows players to see an opponent even though he is hiding. It’s very annoying especially for PUBG fans, who have always played with sportsmanship.

We don’t know what the cheaters have in mind, but certainly, their time has come.
